Kailyani's Recital

So my niece had a recital she was a peppermint girl. Isn't she the cutest thing. Although waving was not in her routine the entire school did a pretty good job. It was a very cute recital. I hope one day I'll have the opportunity to watch my daughter until then Kailyani will have to fill the void. Love you lots boo!

Amy & Roy's Engagement

I had the pleasure of taking pics of my cousin's engagement and they came out wonderful. Her parents have a house with a beautiful natural background that just made the session that much easier. They look gorgeous. Congratulations guys.

Celebrity Cupcakes

There is a place by Rice Village that has the most delicious cupcakes that are made with organic ingredients. If I am having a bad day I beg my husband to stop by on his way home and get me a cupcake, no wine necessary. My favorite is on Wednesday which is the newly added s'more cupcake. Another favorite of mine is the Red Velvet which I normally do not like Red Velvet cake but theirs is delish. This place is a must try if ever in the area.

Overview

So to anyone that may come across this blog.  I am learning on my own how to photograph.  I have taken a few classes, but I feel like this is more of a hands on approach for me therefore I am just going to start taking pictures and learning from my mistakes as I go.  I have not narrowed down what kind of photography I would like to do but anything that is willing for me to take a picture I am willing to photograph.  I like landscapes, because of course they don't move.  I also love photographing kids although they can be a little movement crazy.  I am up for anything just let me know.  So I hope anyone willing is up for the challenge because I am.  I had taken this picture of my niece a few christmas' ago.
